We offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and not washed
Returned in the original packaging, including all inserts and accessories
In resalable condition

🚚 Return Shipping

Defective / Wrong Item Received:
We will arrange a GDEX driver to pick up the item directly from your doorstep at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind, you're welcome to return the item within 15 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
