📌 Please retain your original invoice and warranty card (inside or outside the box). Duplicates cannot be reissued.

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • Damages due to misuse, drops, or impact
  • Burn marks, discoloration, or scratches from normal wear and tear
  • Use with incorrect voltage or frequency
  • Rust caused by salt leakage in dishwashers or improper cleaning
  • Damage from thermal shocks, overloading, or overheating
  • Use in ovens (unless specified as oven-safe)
  • Rust transferred from previously rusted items
  • Use of harsh chemicals or improper cleaning agents
  • Professional, commercial, or industrial use
  • Accidental damage from fire, floods, lightning, or other natural disasters

  • Warranty repair service will be completed within 60 business days.

  • Products must be shipped via approved courier service.
  • Claims must include valid proof of purchase (invoice) and a warranty card signed/stamped by the seller.

To maintain shine and durability:

  • Clean with Korkmaz steel cleaners or mild dish soap.
  • Avoid leaving food residues (e.g. pickle juice, sauces) before washing.
  • Always dry immediately after washing. Do not leave wet or in humid areas.
  • Avoid storing with rusted items or in moist conditions.
  • Prevent corrosion by ensuring your dishwasher's salt cap is sealed properly.
  • Do not use knives for unintended purposes (e.g. opening cans).
